Les Noirettes Farm


Nicolas' free-range chickens, turkeys and guinea fowls benefit from 3 times more space than the minimum required to obtain the "Red Label" quality seal. His aim is to produce meat of very high quality. We can fairly say that he has succeeded!
EARL Les Noisettes (a limited liability farm) has its own poultry abattoir and processing facility, allowing Nicolas to retain control of this aspect of his work. He prepares delicious terrines, chicken grills and marinades, and chicken in aspic. But he also sells fresh whole chickens and chicken portions.
